Our Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return: You have two weeks from the day of purchase to return your product(s) (i.e., 14 days)
• State of return: Product must be unworn and damage free; not in bad form (e.g., unworn)
• Reason for return: You must state a valid reason for your return (e.g., damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return: Product return within the 14 days limit and that meets the valid reason and process must contact the customer services by phone or this contact us form. Write us a note about your return and the management will direct you on what to do (i.e., how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
• Process of refund: If you are qualified for a refund. Your refund should be process in accordance. It should take a week, two weeks or months for returns to clear.  (i.e., terms of refund, duration, payment details)
